INGREDIENTS: Rapeseed oil, sugar, chinkiang vinegar, red chilli, garlic, sesame oil, light soy sauce (water, soybean, wheat flour, salt), Hoi Sin sauce (sugar, fermented salted soybean [soybean, wheat flour, salt, water], rice vinegar, water, garlic, red rice koji, salt, spices, colour: plain caramel, sesame oil, chilli), yellow bean sauce (fermented salted soybean [soybean, wheat flour, salt, water], soy sauce [water, soybean, salt, wheat flour], sugar, water, colour: caramel), salt.
